About the Role

The role of the Service Developer is to proactively work with the business Senior Management Team and wider team members to identify, develop and deliver sustainable working and reporting procedures across England Field Delivery (EFD).

You will also be responsible for supporting governance processes and managing and delivering the agreed process changes into business-as-usual activities.

You will be responsible for identifying and managing the impacts of wider changes being delivered across England Field Delivery teams.

The Service Developer role will provide a bridge between project delivery and the business.

The key focus of this role is to provide an overview of operational delivery activities within England Field and ensure processes and governance are in place to support an ‘end to end’ delivery approach, accountability, and engagement with the wider team.

Candidates need to hold qualifications in Project Management or Lean Practitioner, or have demonstrable skills in these areas.
