Congressional Careers Program Manager

We want to pilot a 3-6 month program where you would support promising students and early graduates with applying to and securing entry-level Congressional roles (and possibly internships). This would be done via sharing this as a possible career path to good candidates, encouraging them to apply, providing advice on the relevant offices to apply to, advising calls, resume help, connections to issue-specific experts and more. Ultimately, we would want you to take the initiative and experiment with a variety of activities to best achieve our goals.
