About the Role
As Head of Human Resources, you have the opportunity to professionally set up our HR work, which is still in its infancy. To do this, you will develop an end-to-end concept together with our COO. To support implementation, you can advertise and fill a new position.

You will make a significant contribution to the further professionalization of our work and thus make an important contribution to increasing our impact on the animals.
In detail this means:
You are responsible for designing the employee lifecycle from employer branding to the exit process.
You select suitable training for the team and implement it/have it implemented.
You will help with the ongoing implementation of our culture.

About the Organisation
