Last year we spoke to a small number of CEO’s and hiring professionals in animal advocacy organisations about their largest talent bottleneck. Leadership and management was one of the most urgently expressed skill gaps. Therefore we believe that an increase in management and leadership expertise could help the movement to achieve even more for animals than it currently does.

Our research suggests that management and leadership expertise can be developed through training programmes and that this can lead to meaningful improvements for organisations.

Animal Advocacy Careers has recently trialled an all-expenses-paid leadership and management training programme with an impact report on this intervention forthcoming. Please note that this service is no longer accepting applications.
