About the Role

You will be in charge of designing, implementing and evaluating the Foundation's General Communications plan, seeking to reach the largest possible public, delivering guidelines to the coordinators for the management of communications in Vegetarianos Hoy.
Modality : Full-Time, Face-to-face-Chile

Design, manage and evaluate the implementation of the General Communications Plan for Vegetarians Today.
Plan and manage the execution of internal and external communications of Vegetarianos Hoy, in the different countries where it works, in collaboration with local teams.
Lead the work team of the Communications Area defining roles and responsibilities.
Develop content to communicate the mission, projects and campaigns of the Foundation, proactively and if required (ad hoc).
Plan and manage the execution of a press, media and social media plan to position the work of the foundation in public opinion at a national and international level.
Identify communication and relationship opportunities to develop them personally or delegate them to the appropriate person.
Develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with public and private institutions, ambassadors and influencers, among other relevant actors.
Support the dissemination plans of the Foundation's campaigns and projects, as well as of the companies that adhere to the Foundation's corporate campaigns.
Manage web sales of Vegetarianos Hoy merchandising.
Define and maintain registration and control systems of the KPI's of your unit
Manage budgets, prepare reports and deliver monthly reports at the end of each month, to measure the achievement of goals and KPIs.
Stay up-to-date at a national and international level regarding animal, environment, health and any other issues that may be of interest to the public of the foundation.
Identify opportunities in the environment for your Management and develop or delegate them to whom appropriate.
Prepare reports and deliver weekly and / or monthly reports of achievement of goals, KPI and OKR.
Participate in face-to-face or virtual events when required.
Collaborate in all those activities related to your charge that the leadership requests.
Professional Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or related careers.
Experience in areas and/or related positions for at least 3 years
Microsoft Office Package – Advanced (emphasis on Excel).
Intermediate English.
Desirable knowledge in tools for website analysis (Google Analytics, Web Trends, Ommniture, etc.) Desirable knowledge in Tools for the configuration and optimization of websites (SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
Social networks (Facebook, Ads, Leads, etc.).
Desirable knowledge in STP Methodology.
