About the Role
The School for Moral Ambition is a rapidly growing non-profit startup with significant scaling potential. As a fundraising professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organization grows in a financially sustainable manner. Together, we aim to eliminate the lack of talent as a barrier to solving global challenges.
To date, our organization has secured a total of 4 million euros in funding. The majority of this comes from committed donations by our founding funders: a close-knit community of morally ambitious entrepreneurs. Additional significant revenue streams include proceeds from Rutgers book sales and grants from supportive foundations.
As the fundraiser for The School for Moral Ambition, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy. You will actively manage our donor relationships and fundraising activities, with a keen focus on expanding our community of supporters. Your enthusiasm for inviting new members to join our network and organizing exclusive events for them will be essential to our continued success.
You will work closely with the co-founders of the School for Moral Ambition.

The School for Moral Ambition, co-founded by industry leaders, including best-selling author Rutger Bregman, is dedicated to a simple conviction: the most talented people should work on the most important global problems. We need our brightest minds to safeguard our democracies, make pandemics history, end factory farming and ensure that technological advancements benefit society.
Our mission is to inspire and equip individuals to pursue morally ambitious goals. We are launching a groundbreaking book, Moral Ambition, in the US and UK, and expanding our non-profit foundation across the US and globally.
