About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to help GFI’s Corporate Engagement (CE) team be more organized, efficient, and impactful. Working with the Senior Vice President of Corporate Engagement and overseeing the team’s administrative functions, you will ensure the effective operation and management of GFI’s Corporate Engagement Department. 

The Corporate Engagement Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Directly managing the team’s Coordinator and Executive Assistant.
* Partnering with the CE Leadership team (Senior Vice President, Director, and Associate Director) to direct support staff workflows in alignment with team priorities and needs.
* Organizing annual and cycle planning and evaluation for the department as part of our organization-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) process; supporting the SVP of Corporate Engagement in strategic planning. 
* Evaluating team processes, developing/updating SOPs, identifying needs for internal resources such as templates or checklists, and proposing workflow improvements to enhance the Corporate Engagement Team’s effectiveness.
* Assisting in hiring, training, and developing team members across the department; including creating onboarding guides, maintaining department reference resources, participating on hiring teams as needed, and supporting professional development planning. 
* Overseeing the team’s project management efforts and guiding the Coordinator; ensuring projects have achievable timelines, clear assignment of responsibilities, and are generally well-coordinated and efficiently executed. 
* Liaising with the Communications team to ensure that Corporate Engagement workflows are leveraged to produce external resources including web pages, reports, databases, etc.
* Managing planning and logistics for department retreats and offsite internal meetings. 
* Ensuring effective use of tools like Salesforce, Asana, and Airtable, including working with team members to identify the necessary reports, project workflows, databases, etc. 
* Organizing the team’s efforts for annual donor, impact, and/or charity evaluator reporting, as well as internal reporting needs. 
* Building strong internal relationships to ensure consistent, accurate information exchange between the CE team and other GFI departments, including international affiliates.
* Supporting the annual budgeting process as needed.
* Centering diversity, equity, and inclusion in our team culture.
* Providing support, as needed, to others on the team who have outward-facing duties and travel obligations.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
