About the Role

Permanent employee, full or part-time · Berlin Office

ROLE SUMMARY
As an in-house IT support specialist, you not only support the IT team in our office in Berlin, but all ProVeg employees.

We will instruct you in user support with our ticket system for our approximately 200 colleagues, show you how to set up the laptops for them and take care of new employees. As part of the team, you will support us with IT projects and the development of training materials and guidelines, and occasionally hold ProVeg internal workshops on various topics and for different target groups. You help to keep our documentation and inventory up to date and to administrate our standard software.

Can you identify with the values of ProVeg and do you have a technical background? In addition, do you have a friendly, open manner, are you patient, motivated and willing to learn and can you explain well (both in German and in English)? Then you are ideally suited for the position.
It doesn't matter whether you have just graduated from university, have completed your training or have already gained some professional experience: feel free to apply. One of our great strengths is that we are very flexible. Our small, motivated team strives to constantly develop and we are happy to support you in your personal and professional training (further training budget available).
