Performance Marketing Partnerships & Sales Director

The Job:
* Managing Our ad ops team and upselling Performance Marketing to new clients
* Networking and developing your own portfolio for clients, including dealing with inbound clients as well as leading outbound sales
* Taking clients along the journey from meeting them for the first time (mostly digitally – our clients are global) to reporting the success of their campaign after it has been delivered
* Develop new business opportunities and pitch the platform to leaders in the plant-based / alternative protein market 
* Reporting back to and working alongside the management and client delivery team to bring new revenue and develop new relationships
* Meeting with your clients regularly
You:
* Experienced and motivated sales / partnerships person from a new media / digital agency / performance marketing background
* Highly experienced with Google / Meta ads as well as other ads
* Superior (5+ years experience) understanding of sales funnels, affiliate marketing and conversion tracking
* You will have an experience of selling into clients and have an understanding of our agency model of whitelisting our ad account, offering ad ops services for their account, then eventually cross-selling our other services in terms of creative services, campaigns, social media consultancy / management & editorial (i.e. advertorials)
* A personable, positive and friendly individual who will be comfortable in a client facing role
* Must have proven track record experience in similar affiliate and partnership position either in a client side or agency role
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Understanding and reporting KPI’s
* Good personal skills, able to develop positive internal and external relationships
* 5 years minimum experience required
