About the Role
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the workflow of assigned projects, supervising and managing their execution.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to implement improvements in workflows and team dynamics.
- Document, automate, and optimize workflows and processes using the latest Asana features to improve productivity.
- Act proactively to identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and processes.
- Collaborate closely with other project management managers to implement best practices and improvements to processes and projects.
- Maintain open and effective communication channels, acting as a liaison between the communications team and other departments to ensure smooth integration and execution of projects.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
- Be a model Asana user, demonstrating and promoting project management best practices.
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure that project deliverables meet required standards.
