About the Role
As New Roots Institute’s Educational Outreach Manager, you will support and develop our lead educators as they educate in high school and college classrooms around the United States and invite motivated students to join our Leadership Program to receive extensive training in effective advocacy and support in institutional campaigns.
Your experience as an educator, as well as your keen program, project, and people management skills, will ensure a smooth and inspiring experience for our team members and partner organizations as they build a highly networked and cohesive community. In addition to overseeing program implementation, you’ll help hone the program’s short—and long-term strategy.

New Roots Institute is a growing nonprofit that educates people across the country on factory farming’s devastating impacts on people, animals, and the planet, and empowers them to advocate for systemic change in their communities. Our approach is designed to build significant and lasting capacity for the movement to end factory farming.
