About the Role
The Staff Attorney or Managing Attorney will design and pursue creative impact litigation for animals. This includes developing new cases, making litigation strategy decisions, legal research, drafting documents, covering hearings, and other aspects of litigation. The attorney will also help with operational tasks needed to run a new, small, non-profit. A Staff Attorney should have at least two years of litigation experience. A Managing Attorney should have at least six years of litigation experience, including experience supervising others. The Managing Attorney would be responsible for supervising Staff Attorneys and Fellows. Please see the posting on our website for more information.
