About the Role

HSUS is seeking a Senior Manager, Information Services for the Technology and Information Solutions department.  In this position you will manage the Data and Information Service team of the Technology & Information Solutions department. Oversees systems processing, technical operations, data requests, and data output from organizational systems and sources. Assists the Senior Director in strategic planning and implementation.
You will be responsible for:
* Managing the Data and Information Services team to ensure that staff achieve their goals, including providing staff with guidance and advice, training, performance management, leadership development, and career development. Coordinating priorities and tasks and monitoring progress;
* Assisting the Senior Director in developing and directing the overall strategy of the department, ensuring that the strategy aligns with the organization’s business strategy;
* Tracking progress and providing status updates on team management, projects, and tasks to the Senior Director;
* Collaborating with staff, vendors, and consultants to analyze technical needs and determine products and services necessary to provide required data for the organization;
* Overseeing, providing priorities and authorization, and monitoring progress for vendors;
* Assisting staff in system setup and reporting requirements analysis, ensuring efficient output of data;
* Conducting reporting, analysis, validations, and data selections using technical programming tools such as SQL, as needed;
* Conducting routine data pulls for reporting;
* Managing documentation and archiving of technical procedures;
* Performing other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.
