About the Role

In this position you will develop and implement a comprehensive training program that aligns with our mission and strategic goals. Responsible for identifying training needs, designing curriculum, and delivering engaging learning experiences to enhance employee skills, productivity, and job satisfaction. By fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, empower our staff to reach their full potential and contribute effectively to our organization's mission.

You will be responsible for:

• Responding to end-user questions by analyzing requests for support, testing and troubleshooting system issues, and working with colleagues and system representatives to find solutions;
• Creating, updating, and maintaining training materials library containing user manuals, best practices, and important system information for end-users and admins. Creating and publishing video tutorials and self-paced lessons for end-users;
• Collaborating with Project Managers to build out, own, and drive the training and support timeline for their projects;
• Providing customized in-person and remote training sessions to individuals and teams. Assisting with onboarding by providing as-needed training to new users. Offering demos and workshops to existing users and guiding staff on appropriate use of system functionality;
• Providing references to existing training and learning materials to staff who request generalized training and support;
• Maintaining knowledge of systems and stays current on upcoming enhancements to functionality;
• Collaborating with the Enterprise Solutions Engineer to understand any new system or changes to existing systems then formulate training and support plans as needed;
• Participating in meetings and discussions about data protection and security and provides support where needed;
• Performing other duties or responsibilities, as assigned.
