About the Role
Your contribution will be
- Leading the implementation of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with global FOUR PAWS' priorities.
- Executing strategic development plan, recommending timelines and resources needed to achieve the strategic goals.
- Managing overall operations, overseeing the development and evaluation of programs, and ensuring operational excellence across fundraising, finance, administration, and communications.
- Working in collaboration with FOUR PAWS International in Vienna, Austria to translate the global program's priorities to the local context, executing fundraising operations as well as the national communications strategy.
- Spearheading and expanding fundraising initiatives, including donor development, major gifts, and corporate partnerships, to support our mission.
- Enhancing communication strategies across online and offline channels, strengthening our brand presence, and leveraging external relations to open new opportunities.
- Acting as the external facing presence of FOUR PAWS in the US.
- Ensuring adherence to State and Federal regulations, maintaining our 501(c)3 status.
- Collaborating with the US National Board and FOUR PAWS’ Chief Officers to align USA operations with organizational priorities.
