About the Role

The Membership Coordinator is responsible for supporting a thriving membership aiming at maximum impact for animals. 
The Membership Coordinator plays a central role in ensuring that our members experience an effective journey with us and maintains relations with potential new members. 
S/he reports to the CEO and is part of the Development Team. S/he works closely with the “Executive Assistant to the CEO and Membership Assistant” (hereafter referred to as “Membership Assistant”).
Primary responsibilities
Support members
* Update and implement our membership engagement strategy and annual engagement cycle;
* Liaise with members to enhance their membership experience, optimise retention, and support our overall approach to communication and interaction with members;
* Support and develop strategic projects with members;
* Support financial and other statutory membership processes;
* Ensure membership data are always up to date in our CRM system (Salesforce) and further improve systems and tools;
* Assist with member organisations’ exposure through our public facing channels.
Membership recruitment
* Identify and recruit potential new members in Europe, deal with all enquiries about membership, process membership applications and on-board new members; 
* Collate and produce membership recruitment and retention reports including analysis of trends, and member satisfaction.
