Compassion in World Farming International is the leading global farm animal welfare organisation. We campaign to end factory farming worldwide and are growing a worldwide movement of people concerned about how industrial agriculture mistreats animals, wastes precious resources, and fails to meet the needs of the planet’s inhabitants.
We are looking for a talented email or digital marketer to work with the UK Fundraising team. The purpose of this role is to help end factory farming by designing, building, and optimising email communications across lead generation, acquisition, retention, legacy, and stewardship programmes to engage supporters, acquire and retain donors and contribute to the achievement of ambitious income growth targets to fund Compassion’s vital work.
This role is a mixture of strategy, management, and hands-on production, including: the development of supporter and donor journey’s, segmentation, building emails and digital content, testing, and evaluating communications, reporting on activities, and presenting learnings to carry forwards for optimising digital engagement and income.
This role will lead with a data, insight, and supporter-centric approach, as well as championing digital production process, Salesforce CRM, and Dot Digital email software, including the full use of the templates, tools, and platforms to support the fundraising team.
The ideal candidate will have; experience of delivering high-impact digital marketing, great digital production skills, a positive solutions-oriented approach, robust communication, and relationship-building skills to gain feedback and buy-in, be prepared to question current ways of working and provide solutions, to improve and grow fundraising.
