About the Role

We are looking for an experienced fundraiser to lead our direct marketing programme. The purpose of this role is to help end factory farming by managing and marketing our biggest income generating products: Appeals, Raffle and Lottery, to achieve ambitious retention, conversion and acquisition income targets, which will fund Compassion’s vital work.

To succeed in this role, your passion for delivering multi-channel campaigns, response-led communications and personalised print will be matched by your ability to be a self-starter and work at pace in a small expert team, who are relentlessly focused on changing the world. You will be a creative storyteller, with an eye for design, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills - to engage all audiences from supporters and donors to internal stakeholders.

Compassion in World Farming International is absolutely committed to providing equal opportunities for everyone regardless of their background. We value diversity, live experience, and acknowledge the underrepresentation of people from certain backgrounds, both within our organisation and across the sector. We welcome applications from underrepresented groups, whether these be of ethnicity, gender, identity, religion, physical ability, sexual orientation or other.

About the Organisation

Compassion in World Farming was founded in 1967 a British farmer who was disturbed by the development of intensive factory farming. It's an international non-profit that campaigns peacefully on behalf of all areas that are detrimentally impacted by factory farming practices, including animal wellbeing, the environment, public health, and community and workers’ justice.
