About the Role
We are recruiting a Global Income & Accounts Receivable Manager to join our Finance Team headquartered in Godalming in the UK (minimum of two days per week in the HQ office, with scope for home-based working up to three days per week).
About the role
The Global Income & Accounts Receivable Manager is a key role to supporting the growth of the organisation. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller you will be responsible for ensuring that all income received by Compassion in World Farming International, and its subsidiary entities is fully and correctly recorded on a timely basis, complying with all statutory requirements.
You will:
- Be responsible for the processing of donations and business/sales income onto our CRM system where needed, and for the reconciliation of donations and business/sales income between our CRM system, banking system and third-party payment providers.
- Be responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of donations and business/sales income.
- Provide support and assistance to the finance team as required.
- Also work with internal stakeholders in particular CRM, Digital and Fundraising to build a strong communications channel.
About you
You will have experience in an income/ accounts receivable finance role and be able to use financial software and systems efficiently to support this. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a distinct advantage. You will be comfortable with complex reconciliations and accounting principles as they relate to charities and have a good understanding of restricted funds.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop collaborative and persuasive working relationships with senior managers and other colleagues
