Executive Director

Caroline County Humane Society (CCHS) is searching for an organized, energetic Executive Director with a passion for saving animals. The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for the strategic direction and management of CCHS. The ED must operate the shelter efficiently and effectively to achieve the mission and budget goals. The ED serves as the dynamic liaison between the Board of Directors, the shelter staff, and the community. The ED will direct the administrative, financial, managerial, and supervisory activities to reflect the policies and goals of CCHS. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills are mandatory.
