About the Role
Location : Remote working, Italy, preference for well-connected cities
Type of contract : full-time, initially fixed-term
Reports to: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an individual who, as an integral part of the Marketing and Fundraising Department, analyzes, optimizes and executes the organization's marketing tactics in order to reach new potential donors, increase donor and donation numbers, and keep existing donors active .
Responsibilities and main duties
Implement, under the supervision of the marketing manager, the organization's email sequences, landing pages and funnels.
Periodically update email sequences, landing pages, funnels and website as needed by the organization and on an analytical basis.
Constantly analyze existing fundraising activities (email marketing, paper mailings, chatbot marketing, sms marketing, peer-to-peer fundraising, paid adv, social media marketing, corporate fundraising, events, etc.) using specific tools - both qualitative and quantitative – in order to collect useful data for optimizing the Animal Equality Italia marketing ecosystem.
Analyze the Animal Equality database and the existing segmentations in order to refine the profiling of contacts and propose new strategic solutions preparatory to achieving the organization's marketing objectives.
Work in synergy with the fundraising department in the management and optimization of the CRM in use (Salesforce) in order to enhance its possibilities in relation to fundraising.
Contribute to the design and execution of winning multi-channel paid campaigns (Meta, Google and YouTube), producing ad hoc reports for the marketing manager.
Periodically update yourself on market trends, non-profit sector benchmarks and new digital tools in order to propose innovative solutions.
Contribute to the success of the department by proactively suggesting strategic initiatives and solutions.

Excellent knowledge of direct response marketing principles, with preference for candidates with at least 2 years experience in the industry
Excellent data analysis skills using web analytics tools (Google Analytics etc.)
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Google Suite
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS Mastery of IT tools and digital tools Excellent knowledge of Meta, Google and YouTube platforms for media buying
Strong propensity for problem solving and proactivity
Fluent in English
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, predisposition to team work
Good copywriting skills
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Drip, Pardot), CMS such as WordPress and CRM such as Salesforce is a plus
